Reiki Session & Intuitive Guidance

$25.00 deposit required for new clients

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports emotional, physical, and energetic balance. During your session, I combine intuitive guidance, chakra assessment, nervous system support, and Reiki healing to help identify areas where your body and energy may be holding stress, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, or imbalance. Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, emotionally clear, and deeply supported. Each session is unique and guided by what your body and energy need in the moment. Sessions include intuitive insight and supportive practices to help you continue integrating after your appointment.

Sacred Reclamation

$50.00 deposit required for new clients

Sacred Reclamation is a private monthly support space for women ready to reconnect with themselves through nervous system support, intuitive guidance, emotional healing, and energetic restoration. This offering includes one 2 hour private session each month tailored to your current season and needs. Sessions may include coaching, Reiki, intuitive insight, pattern awareness, and supportive practices to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself. A mid month 30 minute check in call is also available for additional support if needed.

Empowered Renewal 6 Week 1:1

$250.00 deposit required

Empowered Renewal is a high touch 1:1 experience designed for the woman who feels emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from herself. Over six weeks we meet privately to work through patterns, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, boundaries, self worth, and energetic restoration. This work is deep, personal, and designed to create lasting change from the inside out.

Detailed Discovery Session

An initial two hour , 1:1 session to explore what you’re navigating, regulate your nervous system, clarify intentions, and create a grounded path forward. This session sets the foundation for next steps.
